Project Assurance
Overview
Business and IT executives are asked to undertake the increasingly time consuming task of overseeing key projects within their areas of responsibility. Such projects are often run by project managers who are themselves external consultants or who otherwise have additional commitments and or obligations.
This solution offers to provide assurance to Project Owners, Steering Committee Chairmen (or equivalent roles) in relation to the reported progress for one or more projects that they are responsible for. In this respect, our experienced consultants will perform an independent review of the project management methodologies that are employed, the integrity and accuracy of the project reporting information or even pre implementation reviews.
