Overview
The nature of the information security and risk management challenges require organisations to use scarce and skilled personnel to supervise and manage the effectiveness of their Information Security Management System, across the whole spectrum of People-Process-Technology.
Our Interim Chief Security Officer (CSO) services are specifically suited to organisations that are either too small to justify a full time CSO, or large organisations who are in the process of “grooming” a manager to undertake this role.
In addition, our approach is designed to provide these services in a highly cost effective way by providing expertise when and where required across all the technical and non-technical areas. Assignments are highly customized to suit each client’s specific needs and may vary from a continuous on-site presence over a period of time, to a retainer-based approach whereby there are scheduled periodic tasks which are delivered by us on site and ad-hoc.
